Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use Aila Writer. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Aila Writer provides tools for organizing writing projects, drafting and editing book manuscripts, exporting documents, and optionally requesting AI-assisted outlines or draft text. Features may change as the service develops.

Your account and content

You are responsible for providing an email address you control and for activity under your account. You retain your rights in the writing and other content you submit. You authorize Aila Writer and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate the features you use, including storing, displaying, exporting, and—when you request it—processing it with AI services.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, or content that violates another person’s rights or applicable law. Keep your own copies of important work.

AI-assisted content

AI-generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other generated material. Review and edit it before relying on or publishing it. You are responsible for evaluating generated content and ensuring your use of it is lawful and appropriate. AI assistance is optional.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate applicable law or the rights of others. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or its providers.

Third-party services

Aila Writer relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, analytics, and optional AI or search features. Use of those features may also be subject to the providers’ terms and privacy policies.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page.
